Toon making
As long as you can draw, at least somewhat, and get ideas for the cartoons you can become a cartoonist. I think that access to a computer with Photoshop (or similar) and a scanner (or digital camera) helps a lot though. These are the steps that I go through to make my cartoons:

1. Draw the toon on any piece of paper.
2. Scan the toon.
3. Resize the scanned toon to fit the frame.
4. Redraw the toon on the computer.
5. Add the text for the toon.
6. Add Color to the toon.
7. Add a background for the toon. (the end!)
